Please use the instructions below to setup the Axonics Therapy iframe on your Website.

This document will help users install the Axonics Therapy iframe into their Website. In order to install the Axonics Therapy iframe, you will need access to your Website files, or your Website's Content Management System (CMS).

Requirements:

• FTP, SSH, or some other access to your Website files
• Admin level access to your Website's CMS, like WordPress, Joomla, or Squarespace
• Your CMS will need to allow the use of script tags

Setup Instructions:

• Locate the page you want to edit on your Web server, or through your CMS
• Using a code editor, or the code view in your CMS, find the line where you want to add the iframe.
• Copy and paste the following code into your page:

The iframe contains a call-to-action button that you can customize:

• Locate cta_text=TEXT and change the TEXT to your desired phrase (example: cta_text=Schedule Appointment)
• Locate cta_url=URL and change the URL to the hyperlink path that contains your Website's contact or appointment form (example: cta_url=https://domain.com/contact)
