Job Responsibilities:

Our team is looking for a skilled analyst with experience in designing, validating, and optimizing data visualization tools, with a strong focus on Tableau. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine essential data metrics and transform them into engaging, insightful dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making.

  • Design and develop data analysis and visualization solutions that drive executive decision-making and actionable commercial insights.
  • Create new interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to reinforce corporate strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the effectiveness of current data visualizations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Diagnose and resolve any problems related to data, dashboards, or reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through close collaboration with the Commercial Analytics team.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Position Qualifications

  • Highly experienced with Tableau’s data visualization platform
  • Comprehensive understanding of data visualization best practices
  • Knowledgeable with database concepts and extensive hands-on experience with SQL
  • Excellent data analytics skills using Excel
  • Familiarity with data warehouse and integration tools (e.g. Snowflake)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and documentation skills
  • Team player with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Capable of quickly learning Axonics’ business and commercial strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field)

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 years in data visualization, data analytics, or similar role
  • Proficient with Tableau, Excel, and SQL
  • Tableau Data Analyst certification preferred
  • Sisense familiarity helpful
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare industry preferred

Salary:

For California, the base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
